2.1 Bitmap resource handling

Joerg Jahnke will provide a tool for Stella Schulze that creates a database for our bitmap resources

2.2 "File Format" Vs. "File Type"

MMP raised the issue that in his pdf save as dialog "File Format" is better than "File Type" because the later is more general.
We agreed that "File Format" is better but it should be consistent throughout OOo
